Apple Cinnamon Vodka

My first shot with an infusion

I sliced up 3 Braeburn apples (you definitely want slices, not cubes)

Then placed them in a jar

I poured 12 fl oz of vodka in the jar

Added 1 1/2 cinnamon sticks to the jar and sealed it

Fast forward one week….VOILA! My vodka infusion is complete!

It totally smells like fall. Wonder what drink I’ll make with this…
